There are a couple of pit organizations that use volunteers to help out. Take a look at www.mag7race.com and www.bajapits.com Spend time at contingency and the rider/drivers meeting and after the race at the awards to meet people get a feel for what you like best and where you might fit in best. If you read Dusty Times magazine there are a lot of teams written up and it's not hard to get contact info where you could get in touch with some of the teams and see if they need help.www.dustytimes.com. The Race Dezert Forum is also a good place to check or even post and ask.
